Low Cost Pet Vaccinations
Protect Your Pet From Contagious Diseases
The low cost pet vaccinations given by Humane Society of Fremont County help protect your pet from contagious diseases, many of which can cause serious illness or possibly, death. All adopted animals from our shelter will have received age appropriate pet vaccinations, and deworming, if needed. As the shelter does not have a veterinarian on staff, the shelter cannot administer rabies vaccinations.
- General Dewormer: $20
Felines and canines get a variety of worms (intestinal parasites) including 7 strains of worms: roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms. Worms, or worm segments, can be present in your pet’s stool or vomit and some can potentially infect the human members of your family, too - Bordetella Vaccine for Canines: $20
This vaccine protects against Bordetalla bronchiseptica for control of canine infectious tracheobronchitis (kennel cough). We recommend this vaccine for dogs who frequent parks, trails, and boarding facilities. - General Canine Distemper Vaccine Series: $30
This vaccine series is for protecting our four-legged friends against: canine distemper, canine hepatitis, adenovirus cough, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. - General Feline Distemper Series: $25
This vaccine series is for protecting our four-legged friends against: feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia (feline distemper) and Chlamydia.
From time to time we offer lower fees on our special low-cost pet vaccination days. Please call the shelter at (719) 275-0663 to inquire when these dates are.
